Cancellation Policy

We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.

Any cancellations that occur before the 24 hour mark of the scheduled time are able to be rebooked at no additional cost to the client.

We are a small business and these appointment time slots are our income, having late cancellations or no shows means we are unable to fill the appointment time spots for those wanting the time.

We trust all our clients will be understanding in this process.

Any subsequent cancellations that occur within the 24 hour period will incur a cancellation fee (which will be equal to the value of the consultation fee for that booking which had been made and subsequently cancelled).

Yahweh Holistic Health Clinic does not issue refunds for cancelled appointments - if outside of the 24 hour mark the appointment can be rescheduled or credit can be saved on your account for next time.
